Restoring and modifying our Tomos

A new chapter starts with the Tomos Colibri 14 TLS sitting on the stand—an old ’77 machine that’s carrying years of dust and stories with it.

For now it’s just slow restoration work: cleaning metal, checking parts, figuring out what can be saved and what needs to go. Nothing major happened this round, but every small step makes the direction a little clearer.

I haven’t shown what it’s turning into yet, but even in this early stage the frame already feels like it wants a different future. On the left is a part of the progress and on the right is a reference picture.

The transformation will show itself soon enough. A lot changed by now, since we completely repainted and re-imagined the design. Its nowhere near finished, but its coming together nicely.
